Our Story
Passionate about woodworking from a young age, Dave Zemora started Westwood Living when he perceived a demand for quality, locally built products in the community. Since then, he has made a name for himself as a dependable and knowledgeable producer of finely crafted, sustainable furniture and home decor.
Wood is carefully selected piece-by-piece for the project at hand. Westwood Living works closely with the client to figure out how to best showcase the wood chosen and how to give the client exactly what they wants.
Live-edge furniture is an environmentally friendly and sustainable way to use wood that is grown locally in British Columbia and create something unique that will last a long time.

MEET THE TEAM
Dave Zemora has been exploring the bounds of woodworking since he was fourteen. Husband and father of four boys, Dave has a wide range of interests and skills in areas including home renovations, health and fitness, and science. In his spare time he enjoys cultivating his garden, riding his motorcycle, and hiking with his family.
With a background in graphics design, Trinda Sparrow is our talented videographer and editor. When she isn’t working in the shop or behind the camera, she is developing her skills as a black belt martial artist and being an awesome mom to her puppy, Sherlock. She is also studying herbology in her free time, and gradually becoming a well of knowledge in herb-related medicines.
